- Enter Your Personal Information
- Provide Rental Company/Landlord Details

It’s that simple. Once that’s finished, submit your application. Remember, the earlier you apply the better — application review and processing typically takes as many as 10-14 days, but may take longer based on the number of applications submitted. You will be notified upon payment approval, with payments taking an additional 7-10 days to arrive, so plan accordingly.
After submitting the application, you will receive an email with a link that grants you access to your application dashboard. It’s important to note that you are required to upload documents to the application dashboard to verify your identity, financial situation and payments owed.
What to Bring
The application for rental assistance requires a few documents you should have on hand. Applicants will be asked to supply:
- Lease Agreement
- Proof of Rent Due
- Utilities Due (if applicable)
- Proof of Income or Tax Return
- State-Issued or Tribal-Issued ID
- Release of Information
