Opportunity for Public Comment on Housing and Community Development Accomplishments

The public is invited to review and provide comments regarding South Dakota’s 2019 Annual Performance Report (APR) prepared by South Dakota Housing Development Authority (SDHDA) and the Governor’s Office of Economic Development. The APR describes progress made towards meeting the goals outlined in South Dakota’s 2019 Annual Action Plan. The APR outlines the program funds utilized and outcomes produced such as the number of housing units completed. The APR addresses the HUD programs of Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grants, Housing Trust Fund and HOME. In addition, SDHDA provides information regarding other housing programs such as the Housing Tax Credit, Housing Opportunity Fund and First-time Homebuyer programs. The reporting period for the APR is Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019.
